Aftermarket ConverterTec at the anniversary edition of PSEW Conference 2025 in Świnoujście
ConverterTec participated in the 20th edition of the PSEW Conference 2025, one of the most important wind energy events in Central and Eastern Europe. The conference brought together hundreds of experts, business leaders, representatives of public institutions and renewable technology providers. This year, our company not only joined the discussions and expert panels but also supported the event as a sponsor, strengthening our position in the renewable energy market.
PSEW 2025. A milestone year for Polish offshore wind
The event took place on 10–12 June 2025 in Świnoujście, under the honorary patronage of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. The agenda included a wide range of panels, workshops and expert sessions focused on the challenges and future of wind energy in Poland and across Europe.
A highlight of this year’s edition was the official opening of the ORLEN Neptun Installation Terminal. This strategic investment significantly expands Poland’s logistical and installation capabilities for offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea and is widely regarded as a turning point for the country’s offshore sector.
Our contribution to the supply chain debate
ConverterTec took an active role in discussions on the future of the wind industry, including panels dedicated to the development of local and European supply chains. Grzegorz Musiał, the Head of Sales at ConverterTec OEM, spoke as a panelist in the session entitled “Industrial policy. Developing the supply chain for onshore wind energy.” He presented the company’s experience and shared insights on optimizing supply processes and strengthening the technological resilience of the Polish market.
This engagement reflects our practical contribution to building a strong foundation for the continued growth of renewable energy and the broader energy transition in the country.
