Manager AI and Digital Solutions
Position purpose
As Manager AI and Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy and corporate development of ConverterTec Group globally. You will drive the development of a modern workplace architecture in our international group of companies support the generation of respective gains in productivity and efficiency. You will report directly to the executive leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams worldwide.
Your Tasks
- Support the development and execution of ConverterTec Group’s global modern workplace strategy.
- Design and implement AI and digital solutions (i.e. Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity across Microsoft 365).
- Lead workshops to identify automation opportunities and AI-driven use cases.
- Develop and manage agent solutions integrated into Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform, e.g. Finance Agent, HR Agent, Strategy Agent, Service Chat Bots, etc.
- Ensure secure and compliant deployment using IT guardrails (CI/CD, DLP, environment mgmt).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with company members and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Grow and mentor the internal team; contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing.
- Support change management and user enablement for AI adoption.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions.
- Prepare business cases, market analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, R&D, sales) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Several years of experience in consulting and the solutions business with an entrepreneurial character and experience with one of MS365 solutions.
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio and other solutions we use in the company.
- Strong understanding of intelligent workplace concepts and AI-driven process automation.
- Background in consulting, solution design, or enterprise IT.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and data connectors.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or talent development.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Polish; other languages a plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; German or Polish language skills are an advantage.
- High level of initiative, commitment, and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
- Experience in working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to work and travel internationally when necessary.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong implementation skills.
